Appointments can be made over the phone or in person.
If you prefer to be seen by a particular dentist, please notify us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
An SMS text message will be sent to your mobile phone as a reminder.
If you are late we will try and keep your appointment open but if there is not enough time left to carry out your treatment you will need to reschedule.
24 hours cancellation policy
Please give 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel, in order for us to offer these to patients who are in need of urgent dental care. If you fail to give the practice 24 hours cancellation notice or miss two booked dental visits twice within a one year period, we reserve the rights not book any further appointments.
All certificates regarding registration, qualifications, infection control, etc. Can be viewed on request at the surgery.
